1. Karaoke Nights at Kava Social Club

Every Wednesday night is Karaoke Night at the Kava Social Club, where you’re invited to sing your heart out during Shell Karaoke.

Kava Social Club takes pride in being the area’s Premier Karaoke spot. They’ve got a massive sound system and their stage is prepared will all sorts of lights, lasers, and even a fog machine – so you’ll look and feel like a rockstar even if you don’t sound like one. All singers will also get a free shell of kava or tea.


2. Birdrock 7th Birthday EPIC Labor Day Porch Party

Birdrock Taco Shack will be celebrating Bradenton’s very own Chef Dave Shiplett’s 7th Anniversary living and working at the Village of the Arts. Join him for an Epic Labor Day Porch Party together with three of Bradenton’s Favorite Bands – Gumbo Boogie, Divebombers, and The Wrenchers.

3. September Art & Succulent Sale

4. Bradenton Marauders (Featuring Discover Bradenton)

Saturday, September 4th – Game Starts at 6:05 pm

Come on out and watch the Bradenton Marauders take on the Tampa Tarpons! It’s Fan Appreciation Night, and your very own Discover Bradenton will be featured! Stop by our table for some fun giveaways.

The game starts at 6:05 pm and there will also be a post-game fireworks show. Tickets start at just $7.00 and you can get them here.


5. Football F.E.W.D Funday

Paddywagon Irish Pub Downtown Bradenton: 320 12th St. W. Bradenton, FL

Paddywagon Irish Pub in downtown Bradenton is going to be the place to watch all the football games this year! They have 24 TVs so they’ll be showing all the games, and the sound will be on for every Bucs game.

As if that wasn’t enough, you can also get amazing food from the F.E.W.D. tent from 2 pm until 6 pm (or when they run out). There will be food and drink specials, free pool, darts, cornhole, and Golden Tee — AND 20% off for anyone in the service industry!

9. 3rd Annual WCR Hoe Down & Chili Cookoff

to 10 pm

The Women’s Council of Realtors Manatee Network will be hosting a fun night filled with chili tasting, prize-winning, celebrity guest judges, raffles, and more.

Do you have the best chili in town? Come see if you can beat last year’s winner. Prizes will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place chili and best-dressed table. There will also be chances to win a wheelbarrow full of liquor.

11. Seashell Shore Walk

Coquina Beach (South): 1300 Gulf Drive South, Anna Maria Island, FL

Head on over to Coquina Beach to search for seashells and learn to identify them. This program will explore what makes mollusks unique and the amazing adaptations that help them to survive in the wild. Learn about ethical seashell collecting methods while discovering a new appreciation for our beautiful shorelines. Program suitable for all ages.

12. Manatee Pride POSTPONED

NOTE – Due to the uptick in COVID-19 cases, the Manatee Pride festival has been postponed. It is now scheduled for March 22, 2022.

Join ALSO Youth in celebrating the 7th Manatee Pride Festival, a fundraising event for the LGBTQ+ youth in Manatee County.

The event will be held on the beautiful Bradenton Riverwalk, and there will be live entertainment, food, drinks, and craft vendors for everyone to enjoy. This great event promises to be fun for the whole family!


13. De Soto Main Street Open

Old Main St. Bradenton, FL
Saturday, September 18th at 1 pm

You won’t want to miss out on the Hernando De Soto Society‘s Main Street Open – a Putt-Putt Pub Crawl Tournament presented by Progressive Cabinetry. This fun event will take place at multiple locations on Old Main Street in Downtown Bradenton.

Registration is $100 per team, with 4 players per team. There will be same-day registration at Cork’s Cigar Bar, but pre-registration is strongly encouraged. Pick up your tickets today!


14. Corks for Canines and Cats

Enjoying great wine while supporting our furry friends – what more could you want?! Come out to Fiorelli Winery & Vineyard for their Corks for Canines and Cats event, supporting the Humane Society of Lakewood Ranch.

15. 3rd Annual Sour Bash

Good Liquid Brewing, Co.: 4828 14th St. W. Bradenton, FL

If you like sour beers, you won’t want to miss the 3rd annual Mike’s Sour Birthday Bash at Good Liquid Brewing. They’ll have 40 rotating taps of new sour beers all day (or until they run out).

There will also be food available all day and flights so you can try as many different brews as you like! Find a favorite? Take home a crowler! They’ll be filling them all day too (while supplies last).

16. International Coastal Clean-Up

18. Young at Heart Fall Harvest Kick Off Event

Come join The Salvation Army of Manatee County for their Young at Heart Full Harvest Kick Off Event. Local community partners will be on-site supporting the event. Participants will enjoy live music, free fresh vegetables courtesy of Meals on Wheels Plus, prize drawings every 20 minutes, and free lunch.

19. Lagerfest at Corporate Ladder

Saturday, September 25th through October 3rd
Corporate Ladder Brewing, Co.: 4935 96th St. E. Palmetto, FL

Starting on the traditional date of Munch, Germany’s world-famous Oktoberfest, Corporate Ladder Brewing will be pouring a bunch of their own lagers including Festbier | Marzen | Munich Dunkel | Munich Helles | Paperweight Pilsner | Schwarzbier | Doppelbock, and more! Festbier & Marzen will be poured from traditional side pull taps and all lagers will be served in either half-liter or liter steins.

There will also be authentic German food from The Schnitzel Trailer on Saturday the 25th.


20. Live Blues Brunch

Want to enjoy the perfect Sunday afternoon? Head out to Mattison Riverwalk Grille‘s covered, open-air patio for their Live Blues Brunch. You’ll love their delicious Chef-Crafted Brunch Menu with Bottomless Mimosas and Signature Bloody Mary’s. Even better, you’ll be able to enjoy Authentic Live Blues from RJ Howson.
