Looking for an exciting and creative way to keep your kids engaged this summer? The Manatee Performing Arts Center’s Summer Kids’ Camps provide young performers with the chance to build confidence, learn new skills, and take center stage in beloved musical productions. These fun and immersive camps culminate in live performances, giving kids the opportunity to showcase their hard work and talent in front of an audience.
Here’s what’s in store for this summer:
Disney’s 101 Dalmatians KIDS Camp
June 2-13, 2025 | Ages 7-11
In this “fur-tastic” camp, kids will sing, dance, and act their way through the classic Disney tale of brave puppies taking on the notorious Cruella De Vil. Campers will develop teamwork skills, build confidence, and perform in a fully staged production.

Disney’s The Aristocats KIDS Camp
June 16-27, 2025 | Ages 9-13
Everybody wants to be a cat! This high-energy camp brings to life the jazzy fun of Disney’s The Aristocats, where kids will explore acting, singing, and choreography while preparing for their final performance.
Performance: June 27, 2025
Mary Poppins JR Camp
July 7-18, 2025 | Ages 12-17
Join the Banks family on an unforgettable adventure with everyone’s favorite magical nanny. This camp provides older kids with an opportunity to hone their acting, vocal, and stage skills while preparing for a spectacular show.
Performance: July 18, 2025
These camps are led by professional teaching artists and musical directors, creating a welcoming space where kids can learn, grow, and have a blast while exploring the magic of theater. Each session runs Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, and tuition is $500 per camper. One performance from each camp will be offered free to area youth-at-risk as part of MPAC’s For Kids, By Kids program.
