Bayshore Nutrition has only been open for a few months, but they’re already making a big difference in people’s lives. Every day, owners Filiz and Joe McNamara are serving up delicious and healthy teas, shakes, coffees, and snacks for their patrons.
Filiz, who was a former fitness trainer and award-winning competitive body builder, loves experimenting with new combinations and creating treats that taste great and are designed to support optimal health.
Some of the exciting items you’ll find on their menu include a Brownie Batter Shake with 30+ grams of protein and 21 vitamins and minerals and their Mermaid Water Mega Tea, which is packed with Vitamin B Complex and a metabolism booster that won’t make you crash later in the day. Their beverages are also available in nutritionally balanced kid’s sizes.
They also offer “Prepare” Pre-Workout Drinks with nitric oxide (NO) precursor and creatine, Electrolyte/Hydrate drinks, and an Enhance/Recovery Protein Shake.
Not sure what all that means? No problem! Filiz is a certified holistic nutritionist and is happy to help you create the perfect combination for your needs. She even offers free wellness programs that include meal planning, shopping lists, and exercise recommendations!
As soon as you arrive at Bayshore Nutrition, you’ll notice is the cozy, welcoming atmosphere. There’s a comfy lounge area where you can relax with friends or tables that are perfect for bringing your laptop and getting some work done. They have free WiFi and there’s also outdoor seating if you want to enjoy the fresh air.

Bayshore Nutrition is located at 5330 34th St W, Bradenton, FL 34210. They’re open Monday through Friday from 7 am to 7 pm and Saturday and Sunday from 9 am to 3 pm.
Make sure you don’t miss their big VIP Customer Appreciation event, running from June 14th through the 21st. During this week, they’ll be making special shakes, teas, refreshers, and nutrition-packed coffee drinks.
