The Bradenton BeerSauce Shop is the sixth location of the franchise and the first in Florida. It features an ever-rotating selection of over 500 craft beers, more than 200 varieties of BBQ sauces, rubs, and hot sauces, 22 draught beer taps, and a St. Louis-Style BBQ menu.
Tasty Selections
When you’re in the mood for fresh and flavorful BBQ dishes, look no further than BeerSauce Shop, where they smoke their meats on-site daily.
Make sure you come hungry, so you can start your meal with 12 warm BeerSauce pretzel bites served with queso or some signature Tennesse BBQ Nachos, made with your choice of hand-pulled pork or chicken atop a mountain of nachos with campfire chili, queso, sweet slaw, jalapenos, and diced onion.
After that, try the smoked pulled chicken or pork sandwiches, both served with lettuce and sliced onion on a crip brioche bun and your choice of side (campfire chili, cole slaw, baked beans, or mac & cheese).
Their signature sandwich is the BeerSauce Cuban. A smoky twist on a Florida staple, the in-house smoked pork pairs perfectly with ham, your choice of melty provolone or swiss, all gracing a toasty hoagie bun.

For Gary, it’s almost a point of pride not having any mainstream beer brands in the store. Currently, Beer Sauce Shop boasts over 500 craft bottled and canned beer, many from local Florida breweries.
That’s not including the 22 draught taps at the bar. These selections change regularly, so it’s unlikely you’ll see the same set of beers twice.
