It's almost time for one of the most fun (and slightly chaotic) fundraisers of the year. The Lucky Ducky Race for Pace is back on the Bradenton Riverwalk on Saturday, April 11, 2026.
Picture this: 30,000+ bright yellow rubber ducks hitting the Manatee River all at once, racing their way to the finish line while the crowd cheers them on. It's equal parts ridiculous and awesome, and it all supports a really meaningful cause -- Pace Center for Girls Manatee.
The person lucky enough to "adopt" the ducks that cross the line first will win some incredible prizes, and you can get your ducks right here!
This year's exciting prizes include a two-year lease on a Jeep sponsored by FIRKINS (or $5,000 cash!), Weekly Dinner for TWO at Anna Maria Oyster Bar for a FULL YEAR, a $500 shopping spree from the Teal Turtle Boutique - plus at least 20 more.

Adoption season is officially open, and you can participate for as little as $5.00. That's right! A single "Lonely Duck" costs just five bucks - but rumor has it that ducks travel faster in packs. Increase your chances of winning by purchasing a "Quack Pack" of 5 ducks for $20 or a "Flock" of 30 ducks for $100.
While this might seem like all fun and games, it's actually more than that. When you adopt a duck, you're helping a girl. The proceeds help provide Pace's students with essential school supplies, incentives, counseling, and more.
