Parenting Matters' popular Musical Motion program is back for summer with free bilingual classes for parents, caregivers, and little ones ages 0 to 5.
The summer session runs June 8 through July 31, with weekly classes in Bradenton, Palmetto, and Sarasota. Each hour-long session uses music, movement, creative play, and connection to help children build early learning, literacy, language, motor, and social skills.
For parents and caregivers, it’s also a chance to pick up simple activities to use at home, ask Parenting Matters educators questions, and let the kids play around other children without having to plan a whole morning around it.
What It Is
Musical Motion is a free bilingual learn-and-play class for families with children from birth through age 5.
Sessions focus on bonding, early learning, and preschool readiness through creative activities. Kids can participate fully, partly, or at their own pace, depending on age, mood, and temperament. Anyone who has ever taken a toddler to a structured class knows that flexibility matters.
Families are served on a first-come, first-served basis. You can attend as many or as few sessions as you want.
Families who attend 10 classes receive an Activity Bag to take home, while supplies last.
