Have you ever felt stuck in the same habits, even when you've tried to change things?
That kind of frustration can show up in daily life, work, or relationships, and it often means something deeper hasn't been worked through yet.
A program by Thrive Yoga & Fitness is centered around that, and it's coming this Fall. Thrive Coach Certification, led by Master Coach Erin Colleen Geraghty, will take place in Bradenton from October 11 through October 18, 2026. It's an eight-day, in-person training focused on personal growth while also teaching you how coaching works.
What You'll Learn
You'll spend time understanding the thoughts, emotions, and patterns that tend to repeat. The program walks you through simple tools that help you look at these areas more clearly and start making changes that actually stick.
You'll also work through topics like inner child healing, journaling, setting boundaries, and improving relationships. It also covers self-acceptance, goal setting, and ways to shift your mindset. Each day builds on the last, so everything connects as you go.
What Each Day Looks Like
Each day includes a mix of group sessions, personal exercises, and time to reflect. You'll also take part in daily yoga, meditation, breath work, and sound therapy, which are built into the schedule.
Support continues after the eight days are over. The program includes access to three months of follow-up mentorship, along with online modules and course materials you can keep using.
Who's It For
You might be looking to become a coach, or you might simply want to work on yourself and figure out your next step. The tools shared during the training are meant to help in both areas.
Cost and Details
The cost is $3,999 if you pay by July 1, and $4,500 after that. A $500 deposit is required to reserve your spot, and payment plans are available.

Thrive Coach Certification will be held in Bradenton, offering a full week where you can slow down, take a closer look at what's been holding you back, and start moving forward with more clarity.
