HALO HAUS (formerly known as The Salt Caves & Spa at Lakewood Ranch) is a wellness studio in Lakewood Ranch built around helping your body slow down, reset, and recover. We created this space with intention. Every detail is designed to give you a break from constant stress and support how your body naturally restores itself.

Our approach centers on guided, restorative experiences that focus on your nervous system, breathing, and overall balance.

Inside HALO HAUS, you’ll find:

The Salt Caves & Spa is a serene and peaceful haven! The room is cozy, and they thoughtfully provide blankets to keep you warm and comfortable. If you haven’t tried a salt treatment yet, it’s an experience worth having. Gentle, soothing music plays in the background as ionized salt is released into the air, offering numerous health benefits. The best part is the opportunity to quiet your mind and simply be. It’s truly a delightful escape.

I visited the Salt Caves while visiting my niece in Lakewood Ranch. We had ionic foot baths and spent time in the salt cave. We learned a lot from the ionic foot baths and the time in the salt cave was as very relaxing. More experiences are being added, including a cold plunge. We had fun and my niece is taking her husband to enjoy the experience. I, alas, am flying home! If I weren’t I’d try the infrared sauna.

Finally a united group that will be the host our local Scottish Highland Games!! Many of us are looking forward to the inaugural event that will be held on Saturday Feb 10th at the Manatee County Fairgrounds in Palmetto FL. A much larger venue than the Sarasota Fairgrounds!! I understand there will be a pipe band competition and a challenge between the Manatee County Sheriff's office and the EMT's in the actual Highland Games competition. See you in February!!
