Thrive Yoga & Fitness is the premier beginner-friendly yoga and martial arts studio in Bradenton. We promote an accepting and inclusive healing space for students to heal physically, mentally, and emotionally while strengthening their bodies, relieving pain, and de-stressing. We offer everything from therapeutic yoga, mindful martial arts, warm power flow, yin yoga, alignment-based yoga, and body mind and spirit themed workshops. We also have the lowest rates in town with the most classes.

I live in both St Louis nad Bradenton and whnever I am in FL I look forward to clsses at Thrive. The instructors and the variety of classes offered are always the best. And the workshops and special events are top notch. It is a warm and inclusive place to be where you leave feeling acomplished and fullfilled. Great school.

Finally a united group that will be the host our local Scottish Highland Games!! Many of us are looking forward to the inaugural event that will be held on Saturday Feb 10th at the Manatee County Fairgrounds in Palmetto FL. A much larger venue than the Sarasota Fairgrounds!! I understand there will be a pipe band competition and a challenge between the Manatee County Sheriff's office and the EMT's in the actual Highland Games competition. See you in February!!
