Town Square University Parkway is a unique senior center and adult day center in north Sarasota, Florida, designed to provide meaningful care, engagement, and support to older adults and their families. Located conveniently at the intersection of University Parkway and Lockwood Ridge Road, we offer seniors a safe, enriching environment inspired by the 1950s town center—a setting that helps spark memories, create joy, and promote mental wellness.
Our center supports individuals experiencing memory loss, cognitive decline, or social isolation while providing their families with flexible respite care and peace of mind. We help aging adults stay active, connected, and supported.

Medical Model of Care:
Town Square University Parkway operates under a medical model of adult day services, providing more than just social activities—we offer health monitoring, personal care assistance, and coordinated support with licensed professionals. Onsite Psychiatric Services, Primary Care and therapies available with insurance.

On-site nursing staff who monitor vital signs, manage medications (if needed), and respond to health concerns
