4. Gypsea Soul Studio

The “Siren Studio” at Gypsea Soul is an absolutely stunning event venue that is a perfect place for a small holiday gathering, birthday party, or Girls’ Night Out.
When you plan your event at Gypsea Soul, each attendee will get to create and bring home a beautiful piece of handmade artwork that they can be proud to display in their home or give away as a holiday gift.

5. Loaded Cannon Distillery

Bring your group out to Loaded Cannon Distillery so you can celebrate in style!
You can plan a “Pyrate Hour” Happy Hour event for up to 30 people on Mondays through Thursdays. The cost includes a free tour of the distillery, free tastings, and a free tasting glass for each attendee. You can bring in your own food as well.

6. Painting with a Twist

Painting with a Twist is always a great option for a holiday gathering! You only need 10 participants to book a private room during the week (12 on Friday and Saturday evenings), and the space can accommodate 18 people in the smaller room or 34 in the large room.
This is a BYOB event venue and you’re also welcome to bring your own snacks.

7. Pier 22

Iconic waterfront restaurant Pier 22 has a variety of luxurious indoor and outdoor venue spaces that are ideal for holiday parties of all sizes.
For smaller groups, consider reserving the Fire Pit for up to 12 people or the Aquarium Room for up to 24 seated guests. Other options include the Marina Room or the Sunset Room, both of which have beautiful oversized floor-to-ceiling windows and stunning views.

Studio owner Harriet Harris hosts exciting glass-making classes, and there’s nothing more fun than enjoying an adult beverage while playing with sharp objects. (haha!). During the class, you and your guests can make a pendant, suncatcher, glass dish, or other item.
All classes are BYOB and you’re also welcome to bring snacks. 11. Bradenton Women’s Club

The historic Bradenton Women’s Club is available for all types of events, ranging from lunches and small holiday parties to larger events.
The space has the capacity for up to 200 people and it features wooden floors, high ceilings, and a river rock fireplace. Tables and chairs are included and you can rent linens and a portable bar for an additional fee.

Mixon Fruit Farms’ Honeybell Hall has a capacity for up to 70 guests and is perfect for banquets, luncheons, and holiday parties. They also have a large-screen projector, WiFi, and an amplified podium.
For larger events, the Pavillion at Mixon Farms offers a gorgeous setting with unique vintage charm with a Southern twist. This is perfect for weddings, fundraisers, and galas.

13. The Bishop Museum of Science & Nature

Another exciting and memorable event venue, the Bishop Museum of Science & Nature offers several options for holiday parties.
For mid-sized events, consider The Boardroom, which has room for 55 guests and offers an unforgettable underwater view of The Parker Manatee Rehabilitation Habitat. This is ideal for seated meals or cocktail parties. The Planetarium Lobby is a spacious and impressive area that is perfect for a small reception or a cocktail party. It offers space for 70 seated or 125 standing.
You can also rent out the Planetarium Theater, where you can take your guests on a journey out of this world!
