Bradenton Woman’s Club is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit service organization, proudly chartered in 1913 and dedicated to community improvement through volunteer service. Our mission is to enhance the lives of women, children, and veterans by sharing our time, talents, and financial resources.

As a member of the General Federation of Women’s Clubs (GFWC)—an international organization of over 60,000 members—we embody the motto “Living the Volunteer Spirit.” We are also the proud stewards of a historic 1921 clubhouse, a cherished community venue often rented for weddings and special events.

Great organization in supporting the Celtic culture in the area. Provides scholarships for those that apply for the Celtic arts and athletics.

Finally a united group that will be the host our local Scottish Highland Games!! Many of us are looking forward to the inaugural event that will be held on Saturday Feb 10th at the Manatee County Fairgrounds in Palmetto FL. A much larger venue than the Sarasota Fairgrounds!! I understand there will be a pipe band competition and a challenge between the Manatee County Sheriff's office and the EMT's in the actual Highland Games competition. See you in February!!
