Herrig Center for the ARTS

Founded in 1937, the Herrig Center for the ARTS is located in downtown Bradenton. The Herrig Center for the ARTS is the premier center for art exhibitions, art education and unique gifts. The newly constructed 28,000 sq. ft. building in downtown Bradenton features three galleries with exhibits that change monthly, nine classrooms that hold over 3,000+ students every year, a LiveArtFully gift shop, and an art library featuring over 3,000 art volumes. Herrig Center for the ARTS has repeatedly been voted the best art gallery by the Herald Tribune and Bradenton Herald.

The mission of Herrig Center for the ARTS is to provide a welcoming, professional environment, educate novice and experienced artists of all ages, provide galleries to exhibit and market original artwork and enhance the visual arts through special events and outreach programs.

Our goal is to make art accessible to all. Herrig Center for the ARTS is a nonprofit organization in Manatee County focused on art education for adults and children and exhibition of local, regional and national visual artists’ work in all media.

Finally a united group that will be the host our local Scottish Highland Games!! Many of us are looking forward to the inaugural event that will be held on Saturday Feb 10th at the Manatee County Fairgrounds in Palmetto FL. A much larger venue than the Sarasota Fairgrounds!! I understand there will be a pipe band competition and a challenge between the Manatee County Sheriff's office and the EMT's in the actual Highland Games competition. See you in February!!

Once a PACE girl, always a PACE girl. Being part of PACE Center for Girls' first graduating class was transformative. PACE provided unwavering support during challenging times, boosting my confidence and helping me discover my true potential. The staff's personalized attention and encouragement were instrumental in overcoming obstacles and achieving academic success. PACE is more than an institution; it's a caring community that goes beyond academics. Thank you, PACE Center for Girls, for making a profound difference in my life.
