Nurturing the Nest

Are you a new Empty Nester? There are all kinds of emotions that come along with this time in your life. Roles, Resources and Identities are changing – leaving many of us in unchartered territory. Join Nicole for a half day of honoring what was, respecting what is, and building excitement for what’s to come. This retreat will be geared towards adult children leaving home, however the content could also apply to care givers of all kinds that are no longer in that active role.

This onsite retreat will include connecting conversations, life coaching exercises, journaling, gentle yoga and guided meditation. Lite refreshments and snacks will be provided. 3-4 hours depending on the size of the group.
