We were excited to have a chance to catch up with Christy Ray owner of CC Styling Studio. Here’s what she had to say…
Can you tell us a little bit about your business?
CC Styling Studio is a local, family-owned mother and daughter STYLING STUDIO. We offer cuts, color, ombre, balayage, keratin, treatment, hair, wraps, foil, highlights, foil, low lights, teeth gems, hair extensions, eyelash extensions, Fairy Hair, waxing, Permanent makeup/micro blading.
When did you start your business, and what inspired you to launch it?
I started my business in 2006. I am a three times Salon owner making people look beautiful is my passion. I love what I do and it shows through my work.
Why do you love what you do? What is it about your business that makes you so passionate?
It is an amazing feeling to make somebody look and feel beautiful about themselves.
Why did you choose Bradenton for your business location?
I was born and raised in the historical fishing village of Cortez, Florida. We’ve been here generation after generation, so Bradenton is where my family is!
What’s your favorite thing about living in and/or having a business in Bradenton?
It is wonderful owning a business in Bradenton, I take pride in my work, and a very passionate about what I do.
What’s one interesting fact you want people to know about your business and/or industry?
I’ve been doing perfect Microblading since 2006. It’s amazing to let women wake up in their make up looking and feeling beautiful all the time.
What’s your favorite way to #SupportLocal?
I donate to a particular charity that’s called Hands Up to Victory. I volunteer my time and my services.
When you’re not working, what’s your favorite thing to do?
Spend time with my family. I am very family-oriented. Family always comes first I love nothing more than spending time with them. I have a two-year-old grandson. That’s absolutely amazing.
