We were excited to have a chance to catch up with Jude Creamer with HomeSmart Elite Group. Here’s what she had to say…

Can you tell us a little bit about your business?

We offer local support to the out-of-state families of Bradenton seniors who move into Assisted Living in Bradenton. We’ll sell their property for top dollar, project manage the removal of their personal belongings, and so much more… allowing their families to turn their attention back to their businesses and family up north.

When did you start your business, and what inspired you to launch it?

I’ve been licensed since 1999, and I’ve found that serving this niche has been very rewarding. I have a network of senior care professionals in Bradenton that I call on and it’s a great feeling to hear a caregiver breathe a heavy sigh of relief knowing that this part of the next chapter has been taken care of.

Why do you love what you do? What is it about your business that makes you so passionate?

The senior care community in Bradenton is a thriving, helpful, and compassionate group of people – making it a great place to work. I’m delighted to work amongst them and feel fulfilled that I’m taking a heavy burden off of seniors’ family members so they can focus on their parents’ wellbeing as well as other parts of their lives.

Why did you choose Bradenton for your business location?

Bradenton is vibrant, forward-focused, and welcoming. People in this community work together to help one another.

What’s your favorite thing about living in and/or having a business in Bradenton?

The cultural opportunities. There are so many fun and enlightening ways to spend one’s free time – not to mention the great beaches and water sports!

What’s one interesting fact you want people to know about your business and/or industry?

Not all real estate agents are created equal. I believe how you do one thing is how you do all things. I love it when people take a minute to find out what my “secret sauce” is (good communication, compassion, drive, process and industry knowledge, enthusiasm, and curiosity set me apart).

What’s your favorite way to #SupportLocal?

Visiting restaurants, finding new local musicians, using local printers, and browsing through gift shops. Every day I’m learning about another charity that provides goods or services to the under-served within our community.

When you’re not working, what’s your favorite thing to do?

Greg and I love to travel, swing dance, work on our Recycled Reading Buddies charity, and enjoy Pierre & Philipe (pups) at the local dog beach. We also have a stage in our backyard, and we love to have gatherings that showcase local talent!
