In April 1990, Island Gallery West was created by a small group of local artists on Florida’s Anna Maria Island. Our gallery has since evolved into a successful artists’ cooperative of nearly thirty members. We offer paintings, artistic photography, drawings, mixed media, ceramic arts, pottery, decorative tiles, jewelry, glass mosaics, and much more.

However, after thirty-three years, in April of 2023, we moved from our island location to the city’s festive Old Main Street (12th Street W) in downtown Bradenton. Here we will continue to serve the interests of our local community by offering frequent classes and demonstrations while providing a more enjoyable and cultural atmosphere for visitors to the downtown area.

Stop in and meet the artists. Browse the art of so many styles – oils, acrylics, pastels, graphite, colored pencil, fabric art, and photography.
