Orangetheory Fitness is a 1-hour workout designed to give you ‘more life’. Our classes are heart-rate based and led by a certified, inspiring coach. Working 5 different heart rate zones, and real-time results, our classes will allow you to be safe and successful.
We are a community based on ethics, trust, and respect toward everyone of all fitness levels and goals. Orangetheory is a great routine in itself, or complementary to any pre-established routines.
When you join Orangetheory, you join a Nationwide membership with over 1500 locations, so you know everywhere you go, you can get those ‘splat points.’ We would love to bring you in for a free class and show you what we are about!
