Davidson Haiti Foundation

Mission: At the Davidson Haiti Foundation we prepare our students for opportunities for tomorrow by providing them with a 21st Century set of skills including critical thinking, problem solving, collaboration, communication and creativity to ensure a successful future.

Purpose: to educate students to their highest learning potential by providing a quality, differentiated, yet equitable learning environment.

We serve over 400 students who live in remote, mountainous region of Haiti. Were it not for this school, most of these children would have no other opportunity for an education. At the present, the school has grades Pre-K through 6th grade. Each student from 4th to 6th grade also learns a trade in sewing, tailoring, agriculture or plumbing.
