All of the meat at The Chop Shop comes from family-owned ranches located in the USA. This includes Iowa grain-fed aged beef, Iowa corn-fed pork, and milk-fed veal.
All of their animals are fed a 100% vegetarian diet. They’re hormone and antibiotic-free and are raised outdoors in clean, comfortable environments.
Grocery
The Chop Shop also carries fresh seafood, local produce, and a selection of hard-to-find gourmet items. This includes fine cheeses, imported chocolates, aged olive oil, a selection of pastas, jams and preservatives, coffee, tea, and more.

Deli
