The Daily Dose Juice Garden: A Healthy Alternative in Downtown Bradenton

Daily Dose Juice Garden Bradenton

Bradenton residents who want a healthy way to fuel up for the day now have plenty of options thanks to downtown’s newest addition, The Daily Dose Juice Garden. Whether you’re in the mood for cold-pressed organic juices, smoothies, or superfood salads, The Daily Dose has got you covered.

When 18-year-old entrepreneur Brianna Dine started thinking about opening a juice bar, she envisioned a spot that could serve as both a quick stop for busy downtown workers and a comfortable place for people to relax and unwind. We’re happy to say that she’s nailed it!

Combining equal parts minimalist decor and bright, boldly painted walls, this place has a hip, trendy vibe that draws you in and makes you want to stay for hours. They have lounge tables, bar top seating, and free WiFi for their customers, making it the perfect spot to meet up for a casual business lunch, take the kids for a healthy snack, or spend the day sipping on juice and gossiping with your friends.

As a long-time vegan who is working towards her goal of becoming a culinary nutritionist, Brianna has done an excellent job of creating a wide variety of healthy menu items that are also extremely tasty. Some of our favorites include the Green Glow Juice Blend made with apple, kale, pineapple, and ginger, and the Cacao Cravings Smoothie made with cacao, banana, peanut butter, and coconut milk. You can also give any of your smoothies an extra kick by adding ingredients like protein powder, spirulina, matcha, and chia seeds.

Everything at The Daily Dose is made with fresh ingredients and organic produce. Many items are also locally sourced, like the Dark Side Smoothie made with Oscura Cafe cold-brewed coffee, coconut date syrup, activated charcoal, and coconut milk.

If you’ve never tried cold-pressed juice before or you just can’t decide what you want, we recommend the $12 juice flight which includes a sample-sized pour of any four juices listed on the menu.

Not in the mood for a liquid lunch? No problem! You’ll love the delicious superfood salads like the Guac & Greens made with quinoa, spinach, corn, black beans, guacamole, and a citrus dressing or the Thai-ger Salad made with Napa cabbage, carrots, red peppers, scallions, cilantro, mango, and a “Walnut Power Protein Peanut Dressing.”

The Daily Dose is located at 536 13th St. W., right next to Oscura Cafe and up the street from Connect! Bradenton. They’re open Monday through Saturday from 7 a.m. until 6 p.m. Stop in and check it out, and make sure you tell them you heard about it on Discover Bradenton!
