1. White Hot Miami Nights

Enjoy a night under the stars for a great cause! The Women’s Council of REALTORS® Manatee County will be celebrating their 4th Annual White Party Gala and they are inviting you to dance under the starry skies of the Bishop Museum of Science and Nature in Downtown Bradenton.
This year’s theme is going to be “White Hot Miami Nights.” Experience Miami’s Flamingo Hotel in the 1920s with live music, salsa dancing, a paella cooking demonstration, sangria, and more. There will also be great-tasting food to satisfy your appetite all throughout the night.

2. April Art Walk

3. Music in the Park

The Music in the Park series has returned to the Bradenton Riverwalk, with bands performing in the Pavilion at Rossi Park. Attendees are encouraged to bring blankets or chairs—and their furry companions on leashes are welcome.

Learn how to make a 6″x6″ plate, layering a copper mermaid, regular or chubby, within the glass layers of your plate then design her underwater environment to fit your imagination or decor.

15. De Soto Children’s Parade

The De Soto Children’s Parade is one of the top family-friendly events taking place in April. The parade kicks off at 10 am and this year’s theme is Dive Into Reading. It will begin at Palmetto High School / Manatee County Fairgrounds and end at Sutton Park.
Stick around and enjoy the “Party in the Park” sponsored by the Early Learning Coalition at Sutton & Lamb Parks until 2 pm.
16. Coquina Beach Crab and Music Festival

This inaugural three-day festival will feature fantastic musical performances, vendor shopping, beverages, crab delicacies, and freshly cooked food.

17. Hop Into Spring Festival

Celebrate spring in style at FioRelli Winery’s “Hop Into Spring Festival.” This family-friendly event will feature live music, wine tastings, a kid’s Easter egg hunt, craft vendors, and more.

18. FloFest
Saturday, April 23rd, and Sunday, April 24th from 11 AM to 5 PM
This two-day festival celebrates the Florida lifestyle and cannabis culture. The event will feature CBD retailers, cannabis chefs, hemp farmers, MMJ physicians, medical cannabis dispensaries, 100+ vendors & exhibitors, glass demos, and more.

19. Suncoast Comic-Con

20. DeSoto Grand Parade

Catch one of the largest and oldest parades in Southwest Florida! Watch illuminated floats make their way down Manatee Ave. and get a look at the new Hernando DeSoto, Captain of the Crewe, and their newly crowned Queen and Princess.
Join thousands of people lining the streets of Bradenton to experience this wonderful event. Beads, coins, and other fun items will be handed out to the crowd.
The parade steps off at 7 PM starting at the Manatee High School. If you want to catch a great view, be sure to go early.
