Bradenton’s newest coffee shop and bakery promises a unique experience you’re sure to love! Chef Pavel Hasenohrl and his wife Tracy, owners of Cremesh European Restaurant, are thrilled to announce the grand opening of their new business, Cremesh Coffee and Bakery. It’s located at 1822 59th St. W. in Bradenton – right next to Blake Hospital.
Chef Pavel is a master baker who is well-known for his unique and fabulous pastries and cakes. He has owned several bakeries in the Czech Republic and Florida, making this new venture a perfect fit.
The bakery will carry a selection of freshly baked bread, pastries, cakes, desserts, sandwiches, and soups. They’ve hired four bakers who will start working before the sun rises each morning so they can ensure early risers get the freshest possible baked goods.
Coffee connoisseurs can also rejoice! After extensive taste-testing, Chef Pavel and his team have chosen a unique blend of Brazilian, Costa Rican, and Sumatra beans for their espresso blend. These beans are locally roasted in Bradenton and will be delivered fresh to the café whenever needed.
When asked about their philosophy, Chef Pavel says that he believes “flavor is key” and “bold flavors are what people remember.” They also believe in delivering clean, pure products. They don’t use any chemicals to speed up the bread fermentation. Instead, all Cremesh bakers make a “slow dough,” which tastes much better.
The baked goods you’ll find here are made with non-GMO, un-bleached, and preservative-free flour. The sandwiches are also made with fresh bread and fillings that are free of nitrates and preservatives.
