This annual FREE event, held by Manatee County Animal Welfare and the Friends of Manatee County Animal Services will feature over 100 adoptable dogs, puppies, cats, and kittens – and tons of exciting vendors!
Friendly, leashed pets are welcome to come to the event and do meet and greets with potential new furry family members. This family-friendly event will feature vendors selling a variety of pet products, pet information tables with special pricing on services such as spay and neuter, chipping, veterinarian services, and more.
The Adopt-A-Palooza Market Place will feature a variety of raffle and silent auction items, giving you a chance to get your hands on some great prizes while also supporting this important cause.
All proceeds from the event will go to Friends of Manatee County Animal Services (FoMCAS), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that is dedicated to enriching the lives of the shelter animals by raising funds to provide medical care, heartworm treatment, and more.
Adopt-a-Palooza will be held on Saturday, May 13th from 11 am to 3 pm at the Bradenton Area Convention Center. Both admission and parking are free, so come on out!
Special Offer for Pet Adoptions
If you are thinking about adopting, this is the perfect opportunity.
During the event, adoption fees for pets from Manatee County Animal Welfare will be waived in exchange for a donation made to the Friends of Manatee County Animal Services (FoMCAS). All adoptable pets will also be spayed or neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped.
While you’re at the event, keep your eye out for Top Tier K9, a training specialist who is also one of the event’s premier sponsors.
Owner Julie Madison will be providing demonstrations and offering a discount for dogs that go directly into her training program from the event. To learn more, contact Julie at (203) 733-7183.
