In fact, Steve says his favorite clients are people who are just starting and want to make a change. They’ll modify all their workouts to make them accessible to anyone. And, the truth is, if you put your mind to it, you can do anything for 30 minutes!

This program will motivate you to burn fat, get fit, and challenge your body to become better every day. The best part is, you won’t be doing it alone. Steve has an entire team of qualified fitness trainers who will be there to guide you every step of the way. They’ll meet with you before the start of your first session to get to know you better and understand your experiences and limitations. This way, they can make sure you’re able to do all of the exercises and show you how to make modifications as needed.

In addition to your training coaches, you’ll also have an opportunity to work with nutrition counselors who will show you how to meet your goals. They’ll encourage you to eat whole foods and drink plenty of water. So, no diet is needed for this program!
