(Ages 21+) In our two and a half hour Cakes & Cocktails workshop, guests will learn cake decorating techniques with seasonal themes from our Pineapple Kitchen Pastry Chef Krissi. Techniques learned will be how to create a delicious buttercream icing, how to add color, use of pastry bags and different sized piping tips and their various uses for decorating. Learn how to do borders, inscriptions and roses. Each guest will receive three prepared 6” cake blanks to decorate as well as frosting in a piping bag with various tips. Decorate your cake while Chef Krissi shares useful tips to help you fine tune your piping technique. At the end of the workshop, everyone will take home their Personal Piping Bag and Tip Kit with a boxed Seasonally Decorated Cake by YOU!
