After a doctor’s check-up at the age of 53 revealed she had gained 45 pounds and was struggling with high triglycerides, high blood pressure, and pre-diabetes, she knew she needed to make a change.
Her weight loss journey, which she shared with friends and family, sparked a new career path and ignited her passion to help others achieve similar transformations.
Kim says that it was seeing the excitement in others as they began to see changes in their bodies, and ultimately reached their weight loss goals, that really fueled her desire to continue helping as many people as possible. To date, she has proudly helped over 3000 people succeed with their health goals.
