Local tutor Chris MacCormack is changing the way children learn math. Rather than relying on traditional memorization methods, Chris teaches Singapore Math – an approach that makes learning easier and fun.
This summer, she’s offering a series of courses to help give your child an extra boost. During these classes, there will be no hype, no videos, and no tests – just patient, encouraging instruction. Each in-person group is limited to a maximum of four children, ensuring everyone gets personalized attention.
Classes are held in West Bradenton and cost $120 for 8 hours of instruction. This is a great opportunity to provide your child with a summertime review of their math skills or a head start. It’s perfect for those who need more confidence in their math skills. Each student receives a free consultation and assessment prior to enrolling, so you can be confident you child is in the right place.
Classes run from June 3rd to July 26th and enrollment is open now:
- 3rd Grade Math A (1st-semester skills) – Mondays from 9:30 to 10:30 am
- 3rd Grade Math B (2nd-semester skills) – Mondays from 11 am to 12 pm
- 4th Grade Math A (1st-semester skills) – Tuesdays from 9:30 am to 10:30 am

To get started, contact Chris at 941-757-7557 or mytutornana@gmail.com to request an assessment.
Chris needs 2 students to hold a session ,so if you child has a buddy to invite, he or she will be happier and the class is a sure thing.
