1. Kid’s Art Camps at ArtCenter Manatee

ArtCenter Manatee is hosting a huge selection of Kid’s Art Camps all month long! This includes once-a-week classes for kids in the 4-6 and 6-10 age groups and week-long camps for kids aged 6-10, and 11-15. Some class options include paper mache, play with clay, and more.

2. Summer Happy Hours at Painting with a Twist

Are you looking for a fun date night or girls’ night out? Painting with a Twist is now offering happy hour and late-night parties! Come have a blast creating your own work of art and socializing with friends. You can bring your own snacks and adult beverages.

3. Soul Purpose Reggae / June Art Walk

The monthly Art Walks in the Village of the Arts are always a great time. This month, Birdrock Taco Shack is hosting amazing local recording artists Soul Purpose. If you love reggae music, you definitely won’t want to miss this!

Come chill on Birdrock’s legendary front porch, enjoy amazing music, and get yourself some of the absolute best tacos in Bradenton!

If you don’t get enough, you can also come back on Saturday to enjoy the sounds of amazing local guitarist Scott Stevenson. He’ll start playing on the patio at 1 pm.


4. FREE Bingo Games with Prizes

Join Bradenton’s favorite game host Steve O Entertainment for a fun and FREE round of Bingo at Table Talk Board SRQ Board Game Cafe. There will be fun prizes for each round.

Plan to come hungry so you can enjoy a meal or snack. They have a great menu with items like flatbread pizzas and tacos as well as snacks like a bowl of M&Ms or Goldfish crackers. They also sell beer, wine, and a selection of non-alcoholic beverages.

5. Whodunit Murder Mystery Dinner

During this fun dinner at Pineapple Kitchen, you’ll enjoy an interactive murder mystery party where everyone is a suspect.

This two and half hour evening will include a first-class, 3-course dinner created by their Executive Chef, plus drinks and a keepsake Pineapple Kitchen Murder Mystery token.

6. Thrive Community Health Fair

7. Kava Social Club’s One-Year Anniversary

Are you ready to flex your green thumb? Whether you’re a seasoned plant lover or you’re brand new to it, this hands-on class at ArtbyCmac is perfect for you.

Make an apt. for a 1 hr. session to learn about succulents and create your own succulent dish. These classes are appropriate for adults and children accompanied by adults.

12. Marauders Pride Night

Marauders games are always fun, but this one is extra special. Show your pride (or your support) by coming out to the Bradenton Marauders Pride Night presented by Sarasota Out!

The National Anthem will be performed by Diversity: The Voices of Sarasota. Every Friday night game also features Happy Hour food and drink specials from 5 to 6 pm.


13. 14th Annual Fire Charity Fishing Festival

June 11th at 12 pm to June 13th at 8 pm
Riverside Park, Palmetto

Head out to Palmetto for a weekend full of entertainment, food, arts & crafts, live music, crazy raffles, and one-of-a-kind auction items.

This annual tournament was founded by East Manatee Firefighter Erik Nicholson for the purpose of raising funds for the Children’s Burn Foundation of Florida and other local charitable causes.

14. Nighttime Photo Walk Downtown Bradenton

Join Foto Dono for a nighttime photo walk in downtown Bradenton. The event isn’t a class but an opportunity to photograph architecture, night cityscapes, and more. Dono will be there to provide instruction to those who need it. 

The group will meet across from The Lost Kangaroo in downtown Bradenton and will walk to the Bradenton Riverwalk. There is no cost to join, and it will be held rain or shine.


15. Outdoor Tent Event at The Cat’s Meow

Do you enjoy searching for treasures that are vintage, quirky, and fun? If so, you won’t want to miss the Outdoor Tent Event held in the parking lot of The Cat’s Meow: A Vintage Marketplace.

Not only will you be able to browse their almost 8,000 square-foot store, but they’ll also have even more vendors outdoors! Stop by and see what kind of unique items you can find.


16. June Yappy Hour at Motorworks Brewing

Every third Sunday, Animal Network hosts a Yappy Hour event in the 16,000 square-foot artificially turfed beer garden at Motorworks Brewing.

This month, all proceeds from their raffles and silent auction will be donated to Perfect Pup Rescue. There will also be vendors, food trucks, and drink specials.

This is a pet-friendly event. For everyone’s safety, please ensure your dog is leashed and up-to-date on all shots.


17. Italian Wine Dinner at Mean Dean’s Local Kitchen

Are you ready for a 5-course meal that is sure to blow your mind? Then you won’t want to miss the Italian Wine Dinner at Mean Dean’s Local Kitchen.

18. Car Show at Joey D’s

Once a month, you can head over to Joey D’s on Manatee Ave. to enjoy a car show hosted by Lance’s Cruizin to the Hop.

There will be great food, gorgeous cars, 50s and 60s music, and tons of fun! This is a free, family-friendly event, so come on out and enjoy.

Joey D’s is known for their incredible pizza and Chicago-style hot dogs, so make sure you come hungry and grab some dinner while you’re there!


19. Mattison’s Blues Brunch

For an incredible meal, gorgeous atmosphere, and amazing blues music, you can’t go wrong with the monthly Blues Brunch at Mattison’s Riverwalk Grille.

20. SipNWick Candle-Making Classes

You may have purchased a SipNWick Upcycled candle from the Bradenton Farmer’s Market, but now that the market is done for the season, they’re going to teach you how to make your own!

During this BYOB candle-making class, you’ll have a chance to experience what it truly feels like to be a candle maker. Start by choosing your vessel, then head to the fragrance wall to choose your scent. They’ll show you how to put it all together yourself and create a unique candle to take home with you.
