A flyer for Mother’s Day boxes quickly led to 25 orders right out of the gate, and from that moment, Gulf Shore Charcuterie was born.
Now, going into its fourth year, Amanda’s business has grown into a go-to source for weddings, baby showers, birthdays, corporate events, and vacation rental treats. From thoughtfully curated grazing boxes to elaborate board displays, she brings a mix of artistry and hospitality to every order.

While Amanda runs Gulf Shore Charcuterie solo today, it all started as a partnership with her best friend, Michelle. Together, they laid the foundation for the business, and when the time was right, Michelle stepped back to pursue new ventures, leaving Amanda at the helm.
