STACK’D Cakes in Ellenton creates unique, custom-made cake stacks right before your eyes, and it’s an experience like no other! They offer a wide selection of cake, filling, and buttercream flavors, so you can create an almost endless number of amazing combinations.
If you’re not feeling creative, you can also select from their rotating list of signature stacks and seasonal flavors. Just let them know what flavors you prefer, and they’ll help you create an amazing treat you won’t soon forget.
As if these amazing cake stacks aren’t enough, STACK’D also offers a selection of house-made ice cream in delicious flavors like Toffee Pecan, Saturday Cereal, Guava, and Cookie Butter. There are also several dairy-free options including Lemonade, Mango, Strawberry, and Passion Fruit.
Can’t decide what to order? They’re happy to add a side of ice cream to your stack or make you an ice cream sandwich with their house-made cookies and brownies.
STACK’D also creates stunning full-sized custom cakes and stacks for any occasion. Whether you’re celebrating a birthday, anniversary, “Dirty 30,” or a wedding, they’ll make sure your day is truly special!
If you have a special event coming up, be sure to keep them in mind. They’re happy to bring their STACK’D bar, ice cream bar, or dessert bar to your location, or you can rent out their space out for private parties.
STACK’D Cake Studio’s owner, Nailah Browne is a graduate of Manatee Technical College’s Baking and Pastry Program. Before opening her own shop, she started her career working in various positions including a cake decorator, head baker, and pastry chef. She credits her sister for coming up with the idea for STACK’D and for encouraging her to bring the vision to life.

They’re open Wednesday through Saturday from 11 am to 7 pm and Sundays from 12 pm to 4 pm.
