Will Kimbrough, Corky Hughes & Grayson Capps - Live at Waypoint

Will has collaborated with many artists, most notably with Jimmy Buffett. On “Equal Strain On All Parts,” Jimmy’s posthumous release, Will co-wrote 5 songs including the incredible Bubble’s Up. He is also a Grammy nominated record producer and previous recipient of the Americana Instrumentalist of the year award.

Corky is one of the most tasteful guitar players we know. We first heard him in Mobile in the 1980s while he was the leader of Excalibur, the most popular band in town. After Mobile, Corky became the lead guitarist in Black Oak Arkansas touring extensively. Knowing when to shine and when to support others, Corky’s solos will leave you swaying.

Grayson, molded by the mighty Mississippi while living in New Orleans, has a keen insight into everyday life and relationships. The melodies that anchor his songs get stuck in your head, so be ready to think about him for a while. Several of Grayson’s songs, and a cameo appear in the movie A Love Song for Bobby Long, based on a book written by his father.
