It’s hard to believe May is here already! There’s a wide selection of things to do in Bradenton this month, and we couldn’t be more excited. Whether you want to take the whole family on an adventure, have some fun with your furry friend, or shop ’till you drop, you’ll find the perfect activity happening right in your backyard. 1. Beach N Food Truck Festival

Want to get out and enjoy a taste of island life? Head on out to the 5th annual Beach ‘N Food Truck Festival at Holmes Beach City Field on Anna Maria Island. This is one of the island’s biggest events of the year! It’s free to attend and there will be tons of food trucks, live music, arts and crafts vendors, and more.
There’s also a classic car show scheduled from 1 to 3 pm. The Privateers will be offering children’s activities and there will be beer and wine for the adults. Proceeds help benefit the Anna Maria Island Scholarship fund, so come on out and join in on the fun!
2. Customer Appreciation Day at Rustic Flamingo

The Rustic Flamingo DIY Studio is hosting a fun Customer Appreciation Day that you won’t want to miss! They’ll be offering free projects, snacks, and drinks, so come down and say hello!
This unique studio provides training and jobs for uniquely-abled people, so every time you visit, you’re supporting their wonderful cause!

5. Live Music at Birdrock Taco Shack

14. Space Day at The Bishop

15. Yappy Hour at Motorworks Brewing
