1,000 Pieces of Candy

1,000 Pieces of Candy Event: On Thursday, October 31st, from 6 PM to 9 PM, Alcover Massage will host the 8th annual “1,000 Pieces of Candy!” event at their office located at 1302 12th Avenue West in the Village of the Arts, Bradenton, Florida. This family-friendly event happens alongside the Village of the Arts’ community Trick-Or-Treat. It will feature the distribution of over 1,000 pieces of candy and offer free children’s books to promote the joy of reading.

Community Involvement:

Participating Organizations: This year new guest, the Lady’s Oriental Shrine Sar-I in Sarasota will offer to guests 13 and under face painting by a clown. Returning guests and friends of the event are Drug Free Manatee, ALSO Youth, and the Bradenton Police Department so far will attend the event with their own booths handing out candy and reaching out to families.

Teal Pumpkin Project: The event is a designated Teal Pumpkin location, offering gluten-free, peanut-free, and candy-free alternatives for children with dietary restrictions, ensuring all kids can enjoy Halloween.
