Meditate & Paint Sound Bath

Join Sound Practitioners Kelly Kelita and Nadia Taggart, as they team up to deliver a unique experience of exploring your soul’s creativity. Come for a guided meditation, relax the body and calm your nervous system. Guests will create any kind of painting that comes to mind…. take your brush and paint abstracts or something your soul call to put on canvas. This is your experience; you are the creator and let’s express your feelings/emotions through color. By focusing on the process, you let go of perfection, and comparison and start trusting your intuition. Paint as little or as long as you want, you decide when you feel called to just lie down and relax listening to the sound bath.

· Doors will open 15 minutes before class and will be locked at the class start time for everyone’s safety.

· Please bring your own mat, blanket, and pillow to sit/lie on – props are not provided.
