Bradenton is fortunate to have a place like Blessed & Distressed. Aside from all of the beautiful items the store contains, they provide a wonderful outlet for some of the areas best artists to share and sell their creations. You won’t be disappointed each and every time you visit, because of the variety and that what is available is always new and exciting.
I absolutely love this shop! It’s my favorite! The employees are great and all of the vendors allow for such an extensive variety of inventory! Such beautiful finds. My favorite is Susan’s space with all of her furniture she turned around and painted and made look beautiful and all of her other treasures she sells! I love going through and looking at everything in the shop! There is something in there for everyone! I’ve recommended this shop to so many people! It’s a great place to go for gifts for yourself and for others!!
One of the best shops in the area that I’ve stumbled upon! Every time I pop in I find new treasures. They have a ton of different vendors that have really unique stuff. Make sure you have enough time to really look around!! It’s a bigger store than you’d think. I don’t think I’ve ever left empty handed.

Love, love, love this shop! There is truly something for everyone is this magical place. Into handmade art and jewelry? They have it. Vintage clothing and fabrics? Yep. Mid mod furniture and accessories? Check. Unique decor for your beach house? Best place to shop. Treasures galore and all one of a kind. Don’t bother coming to Florida if you aren’t planning a visit to this charming shop!
I ABSOLUTELY love this store! There are so many beautiful, unique, and interesting items everywhere you turn. It’s not a “thrift store” at all, but rather a super-cool “treasure shop!” You never know what you’re going to find, and it’s something you definitely have to experience for yourself. Highly recommend!
