Personally, Grace transitioned into real estate after a 25 year career in healthcare.  Here is where she learned the power of being a good listener and a deliberate thinker.  It is profoundly humbling to share in a patient’s health journey and help them find ways to cope, while their treatment options move them toward the path of recovery.

After a semi-retirement, she moved to Manatee County in 2012 and has been working as a substitute teacher since then.  It has been rewarding for her to watch her students take both small and big steps towards their development into young adults.  Concern, guidance, and support are powerful tools to help people succeed in life.  Three years ago, Grace became a licensed Realtor® and has since received two distinguished designations from the National Association of Realtors®.  Both the GRI (Graduate Real Estate Institute) and the C2EX (Certificate to Excellence) place her in the top tier of agents nationally, and affords her better negotiating skills, deeper knowledge of real estate law, contracts, estates, REO properties, appraisals, and more.  She continues to take courses to add to her certifications and knowledge base, all the for purpose of providing the best service to her customers.
