The City of Bradenton has leased the empty spaces on the first floor of the City Centre Parking Garage in downtown Bradenton, located on 3rd Avenue West between 10th and 12th Streets.
The parking garage is across the street from The Bishop Museum of Science and Nature and the Hampton Inn & Suites. It currently houses the Manatee Chamber of Commerce and will now be home to five new businesses. Here’s a closer look at what you can expect.
1. Orange Blossom Coffee – Coming Soon
This locally-owned and operated coffee shop will be serving up locally-sourced coffee, tea, kombucha, matcha, & more. They’ll also be offering fresh-made baked goods and other grab-and-go food items.

2. The Stoked Flamingo – Open Now
Michael Peterson, owner of the Stoked Flamingo, describes his shop as “a boutique shop with a metropolitan-meets-surf vibe.”
This new men’s clothing store in downtown Bradenton is sure to be a hit among locals and visitors alike! They’re open now so stop by next time you’re in the area.
3. Pink & Navy Boutique – Now Open
Pink & Navy Boutique offers specially curated items for today’s trendy women. They also focus on brands that do good and give back. Here you’ll find a great selection of clothing, jewelry, and more!
They’re currently open 11 a.m. – 8 p.m. Monday – Thursday;
11 a.m. – 9 p.m. on Friday & Saturday; and 11 a.m. – 6 p.m. on Sunday.
4. The Beach Shop – Now Open
The Beach Shop that you know and love on Cortez Rd. W. has opened a new location in downtown Bradenton! Here you’ll find clothing & swimwear, body boards, skimboards, paddleboards, beach chairs & umbrellas, unusual gifts & more!
They’re currently open Mon-Thurs 11 a.m. – 8 p.m., Fri & Sat 11 a.m. – 9 p.m. and Sundays 11 a.m. – 4 p.m.
5. Millie’s Sweets & Treats – Coming Soon
We’re so excited that there will soon be a NEW place to get ice cream in downtown Bradenton! We’re all anxiously awaiting the opening of Millie’s Sweets & Treats, which will sell hand-dipped ice cream and more.
It’s the perfect place to satisfy your sweet tooth after you’ve finished your shopping.
