Free Yoga at Poppo's

Beyond The Mat Yoga has partnered up with Poppo’s Taqueria to bring you FREE yoga classes. Every 2nd Saturday of the month from 10 till 11 am at Poppo’s Taqueria Lockwood location ( 4220 53rd Ave E STE 108, Bradenton). Bring your yoga mat, beach towel/blanket, and any props you may need like blocks or a strap. Join us outside for one hour, all levels, easy flow. The class will be led by RYT Nadia Taggart. Samples and refreshments from Poppo’s will be provided.

Let’s get on the mat together to slowly unwind and release tension in the body.
In the event of rain, the class will be canceled, and you will be notified by text or email.
