Music on the Porch at The Florida Maritime Museum

Music on the Porch at the Florida Maritime Museum has become a popular way to spend a Saturday afternoon in Cortez. This FREE music event series will begin at 2 PM and continue until 4 PM on the second and fourth Saturday each month. The event will now take place on the Bratton Store porch, located behind the museum building on the property.

Fun for all ages! Music on the Porch celebrates the Cortez Grand Ole Opry and the fishing village’s rich musical heritage. Musicians are invited to bring an acoustic instrument and join the jam session. Audience members are encouraged to bring a chair to sit back and enjoy the music. Parking is available in the museum lot.
