Domestic violence just isn’t a topic many people want to think about and if you’d prefer to think it’s not happening in Manatee County, think again. COVID-19 caused victims and survivors of domestic violence to be locked in together with very few options for escape. That’s the bad news. The good news is, we is coming out the other side and working to address the issue with new strategies.
This week’s luncheon will feature guest speaker Laurel Lynch of Hope Family Services.
