I recently went to this branch to meet with John Lang. He opened my personal checking, it was an amazing experience! He made everything super easy and quick. Bank OZK doesn’t lie when they say personal service! I have both my business and personal accounts with Bank OZK, I recommend you doing the same!
John at the Palmetto location is so helpful and is there for what’s best for the customer.
He is quick to assist with every banking need.
John Lang has been my banker for several years and an easy referral to anyone who runs a business. He is always there with quick help whenever I needed it. During the PPP process, he was there first with updates, then following up and helping me fix the problems with my application. When everyone else had know idea what was going on, I knew that John was looking out for me. Running my day to day operations, he is always there to help quickly whether it is an unexpected wire transfer that has to go out that day or simply fixing the fact I locked myself out of my online banking again.
