Breathing is an expression of our presence here, in this moment. By bringing awareness, length, steadiness, and ease to the inhale and exhale, we have the capacity to balance our nervous system, steady our mind, and awaken vitality (Prana) within our physical and subtle bodies.
In this workshop, Valerie will introduce breathing practices that are designed to increase awareness of our natural breath patterns, while at times changing those patterns to experience their calming and centering effects on the nervous system.
All are welcome. No previous experience with formal pranayama practice is required.
