Emerging Artists 10: Painting

Session 10: Aug 2-Aug 6
We’ll do two types of painting using acrylic. We’ll take an approach using color blocks. Using a photo we’ll find the dark medium and light values and paint clearly blocked sections of the photo. In a second photo, we’ll choose from a pile of paint swatches, mix the color, then use these colors to achieve the same color blocking technique.
