Kids Aerial January sessions

Ages 9-13
Kids Aerial Yoga 4 sessions is a fun class created with children in mind. The class will focus on Yoga in the aerial swing and meditation. Children have such a great time learning in the hammock because it allows them time to play while improving strength, coordination, and balance. The class will end with mediation for children through mindful breathing techniques that help to improve focus, concentration, and stress management.

As much as we love to know what our children are doing, this class is for your child only. Parents will be asked to either take some time for themselves away from the studio or wait in the lounge for the class to end.

Starting January 9th till 30th. Every Saturday from 1 till 2 pm. The cost for all 4 sessions is $52.
