Knock Out Marketing & PR and Grove restaurant have partnered to bring you an extraordinary stand-up clean comedy* event on Saturday, April 23,2022 starring 3 hilarious, headliner comedians and an emcee.
We hope you’ll join us to sit back and laugh with your friends!

Start Time
Doors open 45 minutes prior to event start time. We encourage you to come early, visit with your friends and hand-selected vendors, purchase beverages and relax.

Attire
Formal casual.

Food and Drinks
• 3 cash bars and beverage servers available throughout the show. No drink minimum. Cash & credit cards accepted.
• There will be no food service at the event.
• Your ticket includes a 10% off food voucher for Grove restaurant. This voucher is valid for the evening of the event. A confirmation voucher will be automatically emailed to you after you purchase event tickets.
• Grove restaurant reservations are strongly recommended the night of this event. Call Grove at (941) 893-4321 to make your dinner reservation!

Show Flow
• Once the event doors close, we ask that you please remain seated through the show.
• Continual show time is approximately 90 minutes. No intermission.
• Bar service provided throughout the show. Please tip your servers.
• Seating: 3-foot round cocktail tables, each table seats 4 guests. Seats will be placed in a crescent pattern for optimal viewing.

Safety
• Room and tables will be sanitized prior to and in between each show.

• Facial masks are not mandatory, however, should you choose, you can wear a mask.

• You are permitted to take photos/videos before and after the event itself. However, no photos, video or audio recordings will be permitted during the show itself. This is for the safety of all.

Photos/Video/Audio Permission and Tickets
• By purchasing a ticket, you are simultaneously providing authorization for photos, video and audio to be recorded of you and your guests at the event. These photos may be used for promotional purposes and at the discretion of Knock Out Marketing, LLC and Grove restaurant.

• Tickets are are non-refundable. Should something arise that prohibits you from attending, please feel free to give your tickets to a friend under the ticket holder’s name.

About The Comedians

Dave Dugan
Seen on HBO, COMEDY CENTRAL, FOX and a Regular on the nationally-syndicated BOB AND TOM SHOW (with over 250 appearances). Just released, Dave’s new comedy special ” HUMAN CANNONBALL ” is now featured on Dry Bar Comedy—the very popular comedy streaming site for CLEAN comedians!

Jim and Martha Dugan’s boy- Dave- was born to be a comedian. A one-of-a-kind delivery accompanied by impeccable timing and imaginative comedy angles has led DAVE DUGAN down the path to NATIONAL TV APPEARANCES and to RAVE REVIEWS from corporate event planners.
Dave’s TV appearances go beyond multiple appearances on Comedy Central and HBO. In his past, a young Dave headed to Los Angeles from Indiana and within a few months got his first break from the legendary DICK CLARK. Clark included the new Californian on one of his many night time music-driven shows on ABC. That led to multiple appearances on the ARSENIO HALL SHOW and Dave instantly became a favorite at the World Famous COMEDY STORE IN HOLLYWOOD, a regular writer and contributor on the most popular morning radio show in the country (BOB AND TOM) and can be heard regularly on SIRIUS RADIO. Headlining at theaters and clubs all over the country, Dugan has made a lasting impression with his one-of-a-kind dry, everyman style.
It’s the same natural style that led him to comedy in the first place. Although to hear Dave tell it, he had nowhere else to turn. “Born into a family of home builders, I quickly found that being handy is not necessarily hereditary.” One summer he worked on construction jobs for his Dad and quickly found he was allergic to ….hard labor. “In some ways, I think I entered the world of comedy by default.”
One more fun fact, Dave recently set a WORLD RECORD for number of laps driven around a roundabout (717 laps!)…Appropriately set on Groundhog’s Day—the quest helped raise thousands for cancer programs and services. At their annual fundraiser, the charitable organization presented Dave with an award to acknowledge his world record for charity. Dugan claims, ‘‘it is the only award I have ever won, unless you count Honorable Mention for my 5th Grade science fair project—-The Digestive System.”

Tracy Smith
Having made the treacherous climb to the Sexual Peak, Tracy Smith has honed a hilarious hindsight on navigating through mean wilderness of life, love and all of the other crap we humans deem necessary. Let’s just say, on a trudge this long, a lot of baggage is going to get dropped. With a personality just sweet enough to offset the bitterness of the truth, Tracy dishes out bellies full of laughter big enough to choke on.
Tracy is a well-respected voice in stand-up, with a list of international television credits which include her own hour long special on Canada’s Comedy Network, as well as critically acclaimed half hour special for Comedy Central. She has toured with the Bob and Tom Radio Show Allstars, and has been a writer and consultant for Roseanne Barr. She has been touring for the better part of two decades and she knows her way into an audience’s heart and mind.
The Los Angeles Times says Tracy is “Blonde and buxom with material as tight as her skirt”. “I laughed my ass off” said Roseanne Barr. Variety Magazine called Tracy “One of the Top Ten Comics to Watch”. This is a must see show.We hope you’ll join us. Sit back and laugh with your friends!

Thomas Brown
Long before Thomas Brown was voted AOL’s “Best Cruise Line Comedian,” the Tampa, Florida native honed his craft as a child by sneaking into his father’s album and 8-track collection and listening to Richard Pryor until he knew every joke word for word.
Thomas founded, “Laughs for the Troops” in 2012, a charity that focuses on traumatic brain injury. His goal is to help as many families who are affected by TBI as possible.
Thomas has spent more than two decades making people laugh. He has a CD titled “Stupid Things That People Do,” and a cookbook: “From the Stage to the Stove, World’s Funniest Cookbook.” He has headlined national tours alongside star comedians such as Jeff Foxworthy and Bill Engvall.
He also is an accomplished automotive metal fabricator and custom painter who has restored cars for Major League Baseball stars Dwight Gooden and Gary Sheffield, as well as for Tom DuPont, publisher of the DuPont Registry.
Thomas is married to Vanessa has a daughter, Niyah, and a son, Trae.
