Keep Your Finger On The Pulse
Many who practice yoga regularly understand the many benefits yoga brings to our overall health and wellness. We continually learn about the internal energies in the body and how yoga helps effectively “yoke” the physical, mental, and spiritual aspects of our lives helping us find peace, happiness, and general wellness. During this event, you will meet the author Denise Schonwald of the book “Healing Your Body by Mastering Your Mind” and learn how our mental health affects our physical health.
Denise Schonwald is a nationally licensed mental health counselor and a registered nurse specializing in critical care. When the body manifests physically (illness), it has been blocking energy for long periods of time. Our focus will be on how to gain a better understanding of this energy and how to interpret the body’s messages. We will review the energies of the body and how they manifest emotionally.
