Mixology Basic Cocktail Class with Rob Boyland

Rob has worked behind the bar for over a decade between Florida and the Colorado Rockies. The last eight years have been here in Sarasota at your favorite restaurants and hotels. Now a private consultant and Brand Ambassador for Nautical American Gin, he specializes in spirits and cocktails and has trained more bartenders than you can shake a tin at.

We’ll learn when to stir and shake, differences between spirits, and the foundations of the cocktail family tree. Hands on instruction on technique and balance in cocktails. One fun filled class and you’ll be making world class cocktails to your friends! Ages 21+

Class is $75.00 per person with a max of 10 people.

Class includes keepsake basic bar supplies of premium stainless steel barware cocktail shaker set, stainless steal conical strainer and three-piece 304 stainless steel essentials bartender kit; includes 15″ long bar mixing spoon, cocktail strainer and marked measurement double bell jigger for bartending, all to take home. You will also receive a couples charcuterie grazing board to share during the evening
