New Moon Empowerment

A New Moon marks the beginning of a new cycle, a fresh start in its cycle of waxing and waning. During this time the Moon is empty and receptive and full of potential. This is an optimum time to plant seeds of intentions for what you wish to manifest in your life.

This is the ideal time to set intentions and goals that you’ll develop as the moon waxes toward fullness. In our ritual we will incorporate movements with breath, setting intention, meditation, and self-care. Wear comfortable clothes, bring a journal and a pen, and an open mind.
