Paint & Relax is a unique 2-hour workshop using gentle yoga to relax the body and painting and guided meditation to calm the mind. In this workshop, participants will create one-of-a-kind pieces of art using acrylic paint on canvas. No experience is required in yoga or painting. It is not so much about creating something as it is about releasing what blocks you from your ability to express your true self. By focusing on the process, not the product, you let go of perfection, comparison, and start trusting your intuition.
All the participants will enjoy a refreshing nutritious tea.
